Charlotte NC - Jill Coyne, Certified Rolfer - Videos

Meet Jill

I have been in private practice for over 16 years, graduating from the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in October of 2006. The tremendous benefit and awe brought about by my personal experience as a 10-series client in 2003 inspired what I consider my life's work. It's an absolute honor to escort others through this powerful process of addressing individual goals for ones quality of life and endless potential. Who can benefit

Rolfing aids those who feel both limited or inhibited. Reorganization of the connective tissue restores physical function and liberates personal expression. Rolfing can potentially benefit anyone from yogis and dancers to lawyers and construction workers. What each client has in common is a desire for some type of change. My responsibilities are to offer time and presence to educate clients and help transform each from where they are in their bodies, posture, and lives to where they aspire to be.

conditions helped

Soft tissue tension and misalignment that typically impacts neck, shoulders, back, hips, knees, etc not to mention posture and grace, as well as ones ability to move and express with lightness and ease, can not only improve or resolve via Rolfing but most often optimize beyond merely "not feeling bad". People suffering from pain syndromes such as plantar fasciitis or carpal tunnel syndrome; shallow breath; compromised vertebral discs; limps, lumbers or waddles; as well as shyness, depression, or rigidity can also benefit.
